The 3 crowns in an oval shape with a 'S' in a hexagon shape is the Import Mark Swedish silver hallmark from 1912 to 1988
Embossed to the silver crook is what we believe  to read
'11/2 1929'
With a thick malacca cane shaft and a metal ferrule end, ready for use
