This antique walking cane features a gold plate collar and floral tip as well as a silver dragon badge.
 
The inscription on the gold collar reads - 
'en souvenir de Georges de Montgomery'
Translated to -
'In memory of Georges De Montgomery'

Henri Georges DE PEMBROKE De MONTGOMERY was a French man who died in 1900, he was the son of the earl of Pembroke.

The stick is solid with a metal ferrule.
 
In good antique condition with some use marks and dings to silver collar and tip.
