This antique baton features a sturdy ebonised tapering cane shaft with the addition of a hallmarked silver top, collar and ferrule 

The top, collar and ferrule are all hallmarked for London 1912 by
OSKAR OLSEN
renown for making musical batons and as a stick mount

The baton measures 53cm in length with a 1.8cm diameter silver top and a 1.5cm > 0.6cm diameter of the tapering shaft

Overall weight is 57 grams
 
In good condition with minor dings to the silver.
