The collar is hallmarked for Birmingham 1897 by renown maker Jonathan Howell
The walking cane has a malacca shaft and is finished with a rubber ferrule end Chipping to ivory handle ends but all solid.
The cane measures 85cm tall with a 10.5cm wide handle and a 2cm diameter shaft
