This is a Victorian hallmarked 1893 silver mounted ivory page-turner
The silver is hallmarked for Birmingham 1893 by Henry Matthews and has a superb embossed scroll detail and vacant cartouch to both sides 
 
The overall length of the page turner is 44.5cm
The length of the silver mounted part is 14.5cm and it measures 4.5cm wide (widest part)
The ivory part measures 30cm and 3.5cm wide
