This is a bullwhip with a weighted nickel silver ball handle. The handle features a decorative repousse band around the circumference.

Below the handle is another repousse band with a decoratively engraved silver collar below. There is a maker's name stamped on the collar:
'Davis & Wilson
Birmingham'
The collar has a vacant cartouche suitable for engraving.

Plaited tan English leather shaft with a professionally replaced brown leather end & plaited leather lash. 

A well-made & sturdy whip, suitable for use or a collector.
