This gents hunting whip features a traditional antler handle with the addition of a silver collar hallmarked for:
Birmingham 1913 

The collar also features a makers mark T.C&CO, for the Birmingham-based manufacturer: 
Thomas Chetland & Co 

The whip has a bamboo shaft, with an original brown leather end and replaced beaufort leather lash with a cord end.
