This umbrella has a crook handle which is hand-carved & painted in the shape of a bird's head, likely a pheasant. The head is furnished with the original sharp glass eyes.
There is a decorative matching green tassel at the bottom of the handle.

The umbrella has the original forest green silk canopy, and full metal frame & fixings.

There is a metal shaft ending in a cane section and the original metal ferrule. 

A unique item, perfect for a collector.
