With the addition of a superb repousse hallmarked silver collar with a blank cartouche
Hallmarked for 'Birmingham 1882' by maker 'T.C'
A sturdy malacca shaft with its original velvet end
Ideal for opening gates as its a long whip

Measures 71cm tall (not including the velvet end) 
with a 12cm wide antler handle and a 2cm diameter shaft
 
Good condition, minor ding to the silver.
