This is a ladies' hunting whip with a traditional antler handle, furnished with a silver collar hallmarked for: 
Birmingham 1925 
With a makers mark: 
G&J.Z 
For the makers:  
George & John Zair  
G. & J. Zair were independent whip & walking stick makers founded in the 1830s in Birmingham until they were bought by Swaine & Adeney in 1927. 

The handle also features a silver maker's pin with the name of the retailer: 
Harrods London 
Established in 1849 by Charles Henry Harrod in Knightsbridge, London, Harrods evolved from a small, specialized grocery shop into a globally renowned luxury department store. 

Bamboo shaft cladded with brown pigskin leather with an original leather end & replaced plaited leather lash with cord end. 

A well-made whip, ideal for use or a collector.
