This is a ladies' hunting whip with a repousse-patterned nickel silver top with a small ring, embossed: 
'Steel Lined' 

Plaited leather shaft with a professionally replaced leather end & plaited leather lash. 

A well-made & sturdy whip, suitable for use or a collector.
