.The top is carved into the shape of an imp's head with original sharp glass eyes, inspired by the famous 'Lincoln Imp'.
'The Lincoln Imp is a stone carving located inside Lincoln Cathedral, known for its mischievous appearance and legendary tales. The imp, a grotesque figure with a half-human, half-animal form, is depicted sitting cross-legged on a pillar in the Angel Choir. Legend says the imp was sent by the devil to cause havoc in the cathedral, but was turned to stone by an angel.'
Just below the top, there is a plaited brown cord wrist strap.
Hedge wood shaft ending in a metal ferrule.
