This bosuns swagger stick features an antler fritz hand with a nickel silver collar. 

The shaft is made completely from varnished shark vertebrae, and finished with a metal ferrule. 

'Sharks have no bones, and instead, their skeleton is made from cartilage to make them lighter. Their vertebrae, in particular, are made from calcified cartilage, which is a more sturdy form of cartilage.'
