This marine stick features a mahogany frita handle, and the flexible shaft is made from 76 shark vertebrae. 

'Sharks have no bones, and instead, their skeleton is made from cartilage to make them lighter. Their vertebrae, in particular, are made from calcified cartilage, which is a more sturdy form of cartilage.' 

Finished with a metal ferrule.
