This gents hunting whip features a traditional antler handle with the addition of a silver collar hallmarked for:

London'
'Swaine London, known previously as Swaine & Adeney Ltd (1910 - 1943) is one of the oldest names in high quality canes, whips, umbrellas and military items and has traded in London's St James's for over 270 years.' 

The collar features a presentation for the original owners, reading:
'R.C.C'

The whip has a malacca shaft, with a replaced brown leather end and beaufort leather lash with a cord end
