This petite stick is furnished with a decorative silver crook handle, hallmarked for: 
'London 1906' 

The handle also features a presentation for the original owner reading: 
'Feb 1906' 

It is also engraved with the initials of the original owner:

Partridge wood shaft below the handle, which is ebonized partway down the shaft. Original metal ferrule.
