There is also a silversmith's mark 'T.J' for the London-based Silversmith:‘Thomas Johnson’
Thomas Johnson was one of Briggs silversmiths throughout the 1800s until his death in the late 1890s and is noted in page 102 of the ‘In Good Hands – Swaine Adeney Brigg’ book by Katherine Prior.
The top is engraved with the initials of the original owner:
