This Victorian umbrella features a hand-carved duck top with original glass eyes, furnished with a silver collar hallmarked for:

The collar also has a button, which when pressed, opens the duck's mouth.
Black wooden shaft & Paragon Fox metal frame that holds a navy nylon canopy.
The mechanism is embossed with the maker:
