This walking stick features a traditional antler Fritz handle and is furnished with an ornately engraved silver collar hallmarked for: 'London 1891' There is a maker's mark: 'JD' For the Masonic jeweller: 'Joseph Davis' 'Joseph Davis was a Masonic jeweller based in Cheapside London'  The collar features a cartouche engraved with the name of the original owner, & a place name: 'T. Clarke Rushden' 'Rushden is a town and civil parish in the North Northamptonshire district, in the ceremonial county of Northamptonshire, England, around 18 miles (29 km) east of Northampton. In 1890, there were 3 Masonic lodges in Northhampton.'
