This is a small ladies' hunting whip with a traditional antler handle, furnished with a silver collar hallmarked for:
'Birmingham 1889' 

Along with a maker's mark:
'T.C'
For the Birmingham-based whip and cane manufacturers: 
'Thomas Chetland' 

Malacca shaft with a professionally replaced brown leather end & plaited leather lash. 

A well-made & sturdy whip, suitable for use.
