This vintage umbrella has a gold metal handle with lines of decorative gold beading. There is a matching gold metal wrist strap.
 
Metal shaft & frame that holds a turquoise canopy with a black floral pattern. There is a maker's name embroidered around the edge of the canopy:
'Nyltest'
'The introduction of nylon fabrics, including Nyltest, in the 1960s revolutionized umbrella canopies. Nylon offered enhanced water resistance, faster drying times, and greater design possibilities with various colors and patterns.' 

The shaft ends in an original metal ferrule.
