This is a ladies hunting whip with a traditional antler handle, furnished with a silver collar hallmarked for:
'London 1937' 

Along with a maker's mark 'ESA' and maker's stamp 'Swaine', the whip also has a silver maker's pin reading:

London'

Plaited brown English leather shaft with an original brown leather end & plaited leather lash. 

A well-made & sturdy whip, suitable for use.
